Membership of IPN + ISBN Number + Registration of your ISBN number and book details on Nielsen’s Book Database.

This is normally for ebooks, which do not require printable barcodes.

HOW MANY ISBNS? You need a unique ISBN for each format of your publication (e.g., for a paperback and an e-book, you would need 2 ISBNs).

“PUBLISHER”: “Independent Publishing Network” will be listed as the publisher in Nielsen’s system. Please read this before joining.

ONIX Files: To submit your books electronically, you are required to supply a metadata file (ONIX). If you do not have publishing software to generate this, we can create it for you here.
